“I have used Felix Tree Service for many years now, for landscape work, tree work, and in the winter for snow removal. I have found Felix and his crew to be extremely good at their work, extremely reliable, and fairly priced. I have come to know Felix personally over the years and find him to be one of the few Who still really care about the quality of their work. He not only does a great job, but he keeps an eye on it to make sure that it thrives. A few years ago he planted some trees for me. About a year later one of the trees looked like it wasn’t doing very well. The next thing I knew he had come by and replaced the tree with a new bigger and better one at no cost. It was over a year later, and I had not even asked him to do it. It was not even our understanding that he would be obliged to replace a tree if it didn’t survive. But he did it on his own,which I had not seen before from any others. In the winter he does our snow removal. He does a really prompt and thorough job of plowing and salting. I don’t ever have to worry that there will be any dangerous ice around, because he comes back to check it himself and add salt when needed. I recently had a large tree fall on my property that partially blocked my driveway and that required urgent attention. I emailed Chris on Easter morning (having worked with him very successfully in the past on another tree issue) and he responded the same day saying he would come first thing on Monday, which he did. He was able to arrange for his crew to be at my home on Wednesday of the same week and removed the fallen tree in total, including stump grinding and full clean up.
