I came on Friday to get my acrylics removed. I have never been in pain from this service, but at this place, they didn’t soak the acrylics at all. They were prying the nails off dry with a metal tool and I was sitting in the chair whimpering and tearing. I asked them to soak it off and do something else because it hurt so badly. They said no and continued what they were doing. My real nails ripped and they had to glue it together. After over an hour they were able to get most of the acrylics off, but I was in severe pain and they sprayed acetone on my bleeding nails when I told them not to.
