We highly recommend C&S Property Management. They are professional, courteous, with excellent communication throughout the project. Most important, they have high standards and their work is impeccable. They deliver what they promise and in many cases a lot more. I wish I could post before and after photos here. We are property owners living in a different state, needless to say it is quite difficult to do anything remotely, but not with C&S Property Management, you can trust they will do the work the right way, and if you want, as we needed, they will provide great advice and implement ideas! When looking for estimates on some home improvements I chose C & S Property Management. I felt they had the most reasonable prices. They painted several rooms, installed outlets, and remodeled my bathroom. Their work was impeccable. It turned out more of a project than expected we needed major plumbing work. They got the work done and stayed within my tight budget. They communicated and showed me what they were running into every step of the way. They were knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They will be the first ones I call in the future.
