I dealt with Muhammad. He was very helpful in the beginning. I had an issue with my iphone 6s Plus motherboard. The touchscreen stopped working due to a short on motherboard/logicboard. That part was 95% fixed. I say 95% because the touch screen worked but the screen brightness was dim. The bigger issue was that i sent him my phone with a perfectly working front facing camera but got it back with the front facing camera completely dead. He didn't really seem to care and basically washed his hands on it. This is my first experience with him or anyone regarding an iphone repair. I can tell you if i do ever need another repair in the future, i'll be looking elsewhere.... read full review
