We called Campos Cesspool after having water back up from the trap into my house from what we thought was a collapsed pipe to our septic system. They were at my front door and ready to work in a matter of an hour or so. We originally wanted them to do a camera inspection to check the pipe, but they wanted to check the tank first. To our surprise, the tank that was “emptied” by another company in October was full which meant they just took the liquids and left the solids. I called on Monday and was scheduled for Tuesday. I received a call Monday evening with time of 8-9 A.M. At a few minutes to 8 Alex showed. He was courteous, introduced himself quoted a price and went to work. Once the pumping was finished he had me flush toilets, he wasn't satisfied with the flow so he got out his rooter and cleared the line. This also was done with temperature at 30°. He took no short cuts he wasn't leaving until he was satisfied the job was done. I fully recommend Campos Cesspool Service. In my experience they are very professional and take great pride in their business.
