Pilates One-On-One is a fully equipped studio offering private and semi-privates sessions. We offer personalized attention and educated teaching. We use the Reformer, Cadillac, Electric Chair, Wunda Chair, Mat and Barrel. The owner is a second generation teacher who studied with Romana Kryzanowska, who studied directly with Joseph Pilates.
