Needed a part for my Kohler toilet and could not find a part number on-line. Called FW Webb; Gary was extremely courteous and took extra time to check his Kohler parts book, but still couldn't find a proper parts number. Gary then suggested another supply house which he said was more likely to carry Kohler parts. While he couldn't solve the problem, Gary was more than helpful when he didn't have to be. Thanks for your efforts, Gary.

I’ve been dealing with Webb for over 2 years now and I can’t say enough good things about this place. The guys at the counter are top notch, extremely professional, always helpful and they get what I need quickly. I would recommend them to anyone in the plumbing/HVAC business. Can’t find a better place or group of people to do business with.

I’ve been using Webb for a few months now and I must say they are an incredible company. There customer service is excellent. I used Blackman for years and they blow them away. I’ve been dealing with Kevin Timmons and he is all over it. Helps me by tracking down parts etc and he has great knowledge of the business. Great company
