Friendly staff and P.A Janet but disappointed in overall experience. I spent $250 to have a few sun spots removed and wasn't informed that post -op would last almost 3 weeks before I was presentable ( worried more about the bottom line$?) I think patient selections/pre op should have been more thorough as months later i still have red discoloration. (too aggressive?) Follow up appt was not offered which i found strange until i asked for it and now need a dermatologist to fix.

( part of stony brook medicine in Centereach) While the lady P.A that did the procedure was nice, good bed side manner i was not happy with the procedure and aftercare. I had a few sun spot/freckles removed and was not told of the extensive downtime that was involved to look "normal"/ presentable 3 weeks in my case and procedure left me with red discolorations that are still noticeable a few months later. I was not offered a follow-up apptn and had make a apptn to go back myself. I think it was more of a money grab and patient selection was not considered properly.
