Not sure if it was Lori or Laurie but the older lady with blonde hair was extremely rude, it was upsetting. If i'm spending my money I expect to be treated as such. Absolutely no decorum.

Came here off a recommendation from a friend who said they give good haircuts. I booked color and hair cut. When from dark brown to brown red. CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL.
