Awful is not a strong enough word. I've been going to nail salons for over 20 yrs and I have never been yelled at by an employee (whom I think was the owner). It was one of the worse experiences in my life and I couldn't defend myself because my 5 y/o daughter was with me so I sat quietly on the verge of tears while she continued to humiliated me in front of my lil girl and customers. This was my daughters 1st mani/pedi and we expected it to be a happy and momentous occassion but it turned out to be awful. I'm still shaking and so upset that I'm not ready to go into detail. Best pedicure I've ever gotten and at a reasonable price! I won't go anywhere else again!
