I am a repeat customer to this location & will never do biz with them again.I will recommend that none of my family or friends use this location! I went with my daughter to get two pairs of glasses & when I went back to pick them up, the manager Jess was very rude. The lenses were not flushed with the frame & she said it would be an additional fee to make them thinner, she never explained that to me but ok I paid the additional fee. She said to keep the frames & she’d order new lenses. I took my husband with me as she was so rude the first time. Again the lenses were not flushed with the frame. After pushing to try to make them fit, which they did not, my husband told her they weren’t right, she threw them on the counter said to get out of the store. If this is the type of manager you hire she should be fired..

It was a really good time there de doctor was good and friendly he treated me and my wife really good, if I give only 4 stars is because on the front desk the girls weren't so nice yesterday I when to pick up my glasses and they were supposed to give me a refund but the girl came up and said that I was supposed to pay them more and gave me a bunch of excuses why I have to pay more but everyone else was really good thank you for your time

Had the best eye exam ever with Dr. Malinowski. Highly recommend an appointment with her, she is so knowledgeable, doesn’t rush, and answered all my questions. She took the time to go over things with me that other providers never mentioned before. She is incredible!

We used to go to the East Northport location which recently closed so went to Centerreach and can say enough good things about the manager and staff. Even though it’s not close to where we live, they definitely earned our business going forward.

Would not recommend paperwork was filled out online waited for the appointment waited all day, got in there and then was told they didn’t take the insurance. Several text messages and phone calls, confirming the appointment. Employees behind the counter very unprofessional. Place looks like a very flyby night operation. Place looks like it’s falling apart

Disappointing Service Experience I recently visited this store and had a vastly different experience from my previous visit a week ago. Last time, the staff were professional and courteous. However, this time, I felt like an inconvenience. When I entered, the worker (not the same one of last time) seemed disinterested, didn't greet me, and didn't offer assistance. I had to initiate the conversation.
Additionally, I noticed that new customers aren't receiving the same welcome package as before. I didn't get a cleaning kit or glass box, just the glasses. Hopefully, they'll work well. It's unfortunate that the service and perks have changed. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I'll have to wait and see if things improve.
