This nail salon is literally best salon on long island ever my girl Maria always makes good nails and beautiful nails on my nails she's my go to person for nails I would really recommended coming here

Excellent place! Relaxing &fun at the same time. Sweet close knit members and you feel like a queen while there. Appt only bcz they are a small place.

I’ve been going to Seyhan for over 10 years to get my eyebrows waxed, ever since this place used to be called the Nailbox and I’m extremely disappointed in her. I missed two appointments over the last 10 years and I think I’ve been late one time and she decides to drop me as a client and not text me back to reschedule me. I apologized for missing an appointment with her both times and she takes it so personal. The one time I was 10 minutes late she was talking about me to her friend about how I was late and the only reason I know is because she made a comment to my face about it. I tipped her an extra $5 that day which is more than half of what the service even costs just as an apology and for staying and extra 10 minutes. Apparently everything is overlooked. She has NO loyalty to her clients and won’t even text me back. I attempted to call the business to see if something happened on both Saturday and today (Tuesday) and to speak with the business owner but they don’t answer their phone. Do not come here there is ZERO loyalty. She has ZERO customer service skills and she doesn’t know how to separate business from personal.Also wanted to mention, there have been countless times I’ve sat and waited on her to get done with a client that was a walk in. I’ve sometimes wasted over 15 minutes of my time waiting on her.

I'd love to give them a good rating but after leaving them 2 messages to make an appointment they never called me back. Highly disappointed. Crappy customer service but thankfully found an amazing salon 2 minutes away from home

The name says it all! The owner Peggy is fantastic. She listens to what I want and makes great suggestions. The boutique salon is so welcoming, relaxing and everywhere you look you see PRETTY. My nails came out amazing and she had me in and out in no time.

Love all about the pretty . It is beautiful inside. Very clean and relaxing. Peggy the owner dose awesome nails. The rest of the crew are good .

Location is great. The hours are not very convenient at all. They close earlier then most other nail salons and they are closed 2 days a week, one of those days being a weekend. My friend said its hard to get a quick appointment, need to book out ahead. We were going to try this place out but those hours wont work for us. The search continues...??♀️
