Upstairs heat stopped working and Anderson Air was was able to come diagnose the issue right away, order the new part and return to fix it very quickly.
When returning to install the new part and get my upstairs heat working, of course it just so happens my downstairs heat also stopped working.
I am extremely grateful to the team that they were able to diagnose and fix this unexpected additional issue on a completely separate unit same day so the whole house has heat again.

My parents and I have a summer home in Sag Harbor and we've had tons of issues with the AC over the last few years. We called Anderson Air and explained the situation and that 3 other comanies have tried to fix it but failed. The office got me in touch with the actual owner of the company who came out and spent the afternoon with us going over issue he noticed and listening to our concerns. He found TONS of issues we didn't know existed and quoted us a list of repairs in priority order so we could understand it all.
