I went in yesterday for a manicure in that place for the first time. I came with a gift certificate and the Bold guy at the front desk, reminded me 2x that tips do not include. The place overall is very dirty, old equipment, and they have no Hot towel, instead she used a wet napkin over my hands. I did not like the manicure nor did I enjoy the service. Plus there was no message. All salons offer a message as a curiosity at the end, apparently this one does not. Overall the guy is rude, implosive and money hungry. Living in the 5 towns, I think we can all AGREE there are better accommodations somewhere else. Go where you will be happy and satisfied with service.

The manicure itself was fine. When I paid I said I'm leaving a $5 tip. the lady said are you sure you don't want to leave more? I said yes Im sure. and she said but you spent x amount money and 5$ isn't 15% and she wouldn't settle until I agreed to leave a bigger tip.A tip is an extra courtesy, we pay for the nail service itself enough money. It was beyond rude to demand more of something I don't even owe in the first place. I will not be returning.

This place was the rudest most disgusting experience I've ever had. I had a .​pedicure that was absolutely horrible and when I tipped her 5.00 despite it being bad she yelled at didn't tip her enough. She demanded more! So I gave her another 2.00 bc I was embarassed to which she came back said I must tip her MORE. I told her tips are optional and btw my pedicure chipped the next day. Stay far away from this place
