Lessons learned and thank god we’re not in the state anymore.
Asked our agent to keep us updated 12-24 hours prior if someone was coming to our house. We found out there weee multiple occasions “potential buyers” were in our house without her letting us know. We still had our personal belongings inside the house at the time. There were other problems but I’m sure I’ll get a message about my review anyways.
If you’re looking for someone who’s kind and familiar with VA loans, please go somewhere else and don’t make the same mistakes we did. It’s just not worth it.
