Machines smelled like mold. Detergent dispensers were very dirty. Machine displayed $7.00 for wash and I didn't add any extras, but was charged $10 after the transaction had fully posted to my account. I'm not going to dispute, I just won't return. I definitely do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

What a wonderful experience at 52 in Carmel. My Maytag broke after 15 years and I'm awaiting a new washer and dryer. In the meantime I went to 52 in Carmel, NY.I should just keep going to 52 in Carmel and cancel the new washer and dryer.Wow! 5 ? ? ? ? ?

I have been coming to this Laundromat for 2 years now every week. Some people say it’s expensive but for me it’s convenient, I truly loved this place they take cards and they even have a really awesome app you can use too. The Maintence guys are awesome for all of that I would give 5 ⭐️ However the woman who works there is a nightmare , over the two years she makes little unprofessional remarks that I let slide , today a quarter got stuck in the machine and I let her know also told her I’m not worried about getting my quarter back.
