All the staff at this location are excellent. They are patient and highly knowledgeable. They do not push you to buy an expensive frame, but take the time to find you the frame that looks best on you. Customer service is high on their list of importance.

I just picked up my new glasses today and couldn't be happier. The care the store observed during COVID left me feeling safe as I worked to pick out a new pair of frames for myself. And Stephanie was so patient as I tried on so many different frames, and never made me feel bad knowing they would have to sanitize each one after I touched it. I never felt pushed or pressured in any way. And they explained so easily all the different options I had regarding lens choices. The store also had frames fitting every type of budget. We are so happy that we found the Carmel location. Denise and The entire staff is friendly and efficient. They are also knowledgeable of different types if insurance. They even taught us about our own that we didn't know. Nice selection of eye glasses and sunglasses. We definitely found our go to opticians.
