Hair Palace II is a clean and friendly salon located on RT 52 in Carmel, NY. The owner, Joan, is a fantastic stylist who listens to her clients' needs and delivers excellent results. She is particularly skilled with long hair and is trusted by her clients to maintain its health and length. Prices are very good, and clients appreciate Joan's friendly and accommodating nature. Clients have had great experiences, with stylists having no issue with very curly hair and getting clients in and out quickly. Joan is very friendly and courteous, making clients feel welcome and educating them on how to prevent future hair damage.
