Hair Palace II is a clean and friendly salon located on RT 52 in Carmel, NY. The owner, Joan, is a fantastic stylist who listens to her clients' needs and delivers excellent results. She is particularly skilled with long hair and is trusted by her clients to maintain its health and length. Prices are very good, and clients appreciate Joan's friendly and accommodating nature. Clients have had great experiences, with stylists having no issue with very curly hair and getting clients in and out quickly. Joan is very friendly and courteous, making clients feel welcome and educating them on how to prevent future hair damage. One client mentioned Joan "nail[ed] it," seeming to know exactly what they wanted. The salon is a hidden gem, with very nice women greeting clients. Stylists are friendly, ask questions to determine what clients want, and clearly know what they are doing. The whole process can be quick, and the results look great and are less expensive than expected. Clients will be returning and recommending Hair Palace II.
This was my first time going and they were amazing. I have very curly hair so some people have a hard time with it but they had no issue. I was in and out so quickly. Definitely my new routine salon.
I had a great experience with Joan at Hair Palace. She is very friendly and courteous and made me feel very welcome. I loved my haircut and she also educated me on how to prevent future hair damage. I highly recommend this salon and will be back!
This was my first time here. And all have to say is Joan nail it!! It was like she knew what you wanted! Iām glad I gave Hair Palace II a try because I will be returning.
