The braider is extremely responsive, gentle, patient, and fast, ensuring clients are comfortable. She delivers neat, well-done, lightweight, and beautiful styles like box braids, knotless braids, Boho Locs, and crochet that last well and look amazing. Service is top-tier, often described as having a lovely personality and good vibes, making clients feel like a friend. Appointments are handled professionally and on time, with excellent communication and attention to detail. The business is highly recommended, with many clients stating they will definitely be returning.
Rachell is skilled, professional and warm. Her braiding technique is not too tight and neat. She is always checking in to see if I am comfortable and satisfied with her work. I cannot recommend her enough! It’s a pleasure sitting in her chair and watching her make my hair gorgeous.

I was very pleased with my experience at braids by Rachell. I got exactly what I asked for, small box braids with hair that matches my own (ginger/blonde) as close as possible. Rachell blended two colors that matched perfectly. Best of all my braids don’t hurt! Highly recommended.
