This place has become out of control with prices.. last year it was $250 for a very simple tax return..this year it`s $275,,I will not be returning..I found a place that will do it for $175 ..massive difference..these people are bending their customers over and jamming it home. They were much more personable when they were still in Valley Stream,,now it seems they have attitude.

I've never been disappointed in TBA. Rose always takes the time to explain what I need to know. When I moved to Florida I was traumatized about who would do my taxes. TBA/Bocce was there for me.

I am deeply saddened to discover of Barbara passing - DEEPLY. My condolences to her family whom She loved dearly. And her close friends. I thought looking up the store hours would have reunited me with Barbara. ?️ a true Maverick.

I am a returning customer. Rose has been my preparer for some time. I am more than satisfied with the service. From the time I check in to the time I check out, I am greeted with smiles and professionalism. Everyone there are very friendly.

Having been a client of Rose's tax services since 2014, it is with considerable disappointment that I find myself compelled to seek alternative tax assistance. The unfortunate events of the past year have resulted in a substantial error in my tax filings, ultimately leaving me with a minimum IRS liability of $6,300, primarily due to her failure to report my complete income. Shockingly, she reported only a fraction of my earnings from the previous year, causing significant repercussions.My experience this year has been no less frustrating, as the IRS flagged and initiated an investigation into my return, revealing that Rose had only reported income from one of my three sources of income. Furthermore, even when attempting to engage her services this year, the lack of responsiveness and communication proved exasperating. Regrettably, this exacerbated my need to explore alternatives for my tax needs.The untimely loss of her father and husband within the same month has undoubtedly been a significant personal challenge for Rose. However, it is impossible to overlook the noticeable decline in customer service and attention to detail since the passing of Barbara. Our loyalty, as a family, to TBA Tax Services was rooted in the exceptional relationship we initially had with Barbara when she first established the business. It is deeply disheartening to witness such a deterioration in service quality.Regrettably, I must express that I will no longer avail myself of the services offered at this establishment.

Being doing taxes with them for years. Since Barabara passed this place is not the same regardless of the nice letter they sent out saying the opposite. Called to do my taxes and was told just drop off paperwork as before as no in person Consultation.Last year I had to pay a tremendous amount and all I got was that what it is...
