Last week was my first physical therapy experience. I made an appointment with Movement Concepts in Garden City. I was in so much pain, sciatica, that I could barely walk or move without assistance. When I left, I was moving so much better (first visit). Nick, the PT, put me through simple exercises and suggested I do them at home prior to my next visit. I'm walking and moving so much better (no assistance). I would recommend Movement Concepts to anyone needing PT. I recommend Nick as your PT he is great.
