These classes are not only amazing, but the staff is encouraging and kind. I always walk out feeling like I can conquer the world, I can’t wait to see them expand and add more classes.
Great place for hot yoga with friendly staff and amazing instructors. It's my go-to studio! I especially love Victoria's, Scott's, and Pierce's classes, they're always challenging, motivating, and enjoyable.
I’ve been here for a little over a year, and this studio has become one of the best parts of my routine. The instructors are so motivating, supportive, insightful and also bring a level of care and intention to each class. I feel physically stronger than ever and also have gained so much mentally and spiritually. Every single time I leave class, I feel better than when I walked in.
