Dr. Bookbinder and his staff are stellar! They are kind, caring, and professional. Every interaction whether on the phone or in person is pleasant while being prompt and efficient. Highly recommend them!
Dr. Bookbinder is the best! We've had 3 ACL surgeries here on our dogs, and everyone here is caring and exceptionally competent. Plus, they are reasonably priced. It's the only place to go for pet surgeries in CNY. Highly recommended!
I will say, this practice is absolutely amazing. Doctor Bookbinder is genuinely a man not after a price tag, he is affordable, loving, and just exceptional. He repaired our dogs CCL over 2 years ago. We loved him so much we went back this past month to have 2 masses removed from her. One from her head and the other from her neck. I highly recommend him and will use him if ever needed again!!!! I will add my current vet wanted over 12k for the TPLO surgery and 8500 for the removal and biopsy of the 2 masses. Dr. Bookbinder came in well under that price tag.
