James made my first experience very comfortable as I was really nervous. I’ve been a client for a couple years now and recommend this place to anyone. Jim, Deb and James are very professional and their efforts to make sure that the client is comfortable are outstanding.

I've been going to finger lakes wax for about 6 months now and I must say I'm glad I chose it for my monthly brazzillion wax. I recently switched to James Robert and I'm glad I did. His attention to detail is more than I ever expected and he does not leave 1 hair follicle behind! He makes me so very relaxed during those painful seconds! James is all about the customer and all for the customers! I can happily say i will be his customer for many years to come and I bet highly recommend him as well. U won't ever be disappointed because I'm not!
