I scheduled a prenatal massage with Anne after struggling for months with lower back pain. I had tried everything I could think of... regular walking and stretching, pregnancy pillows, a pregnancy support belt, yoga, and acupuncture. None of it really made a true dent in the pain. I feel SO much better after just one massage, and am now kicking myself I didn't do this sooner. Anne listened to my concerns and made me feel really comfortable.
