Absolutely blown by the service from JLM carpet. Quick response to texts. We were able to have requested service done within 1 day of moving into new home. We had bedrooms and stairs cleaned and they exceeded our expectations. All areas serviced look and smell great. Stains that I didn’t think would come clean, are completely gone. I am not one to do surveys and reviews but in this instance I feel it’s really important to do so. Wow, wow wow!!!! Steve was amazing to work with- responsive, honest, hard working. I have had my carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer a few times and JLM blows them out of the water!!!!. Our carpets have NEVER looked so clean. Not a spot anywhere. They look brand new. The price was less than SS and the quality of the work is 200% better. Let’s support a hard working quality entrepreneur in our local area. Thanks Steve, we will be recommending you to all our friends.

Steve and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. They arrived within their time slot they promised, did a thorough walkthrough with me, asked lots of questions like what areas to concentrate on and my concerns, and did an absolute five star job on my carpets and upholstery! While my carpets didn’t offer much in the way of stains, I did have areas where the carpet was beaten down from walking. They took extra time to restore those areas making it impossible to know they used to be matted so badly. The house smells so lovely now and all of my carpets and furniture look brand new!
