Excellent! After checking the reviews, we decided to use JLM, and we were not disappointed. I really appreciated the appointment reminders and the same-day call confirming the arrival time. Steve arrived exactly when promised! We were also very impressed with the quality of the service, and the price was far better than Stanley Steemer.
