“The care our Goldendoodle, Sadie, receives at Otterkill is truly exceptional in every single way. We met Dr. Melanie Haines and the incredible vet-techs at her first visit when we first brought her home from the breeder. Early in her life, Dr. Sahni joined the mix and has been a natural addition. No matter how sick or well she is, Sadie runs to the entrance every single time, eager to see all of her veterinary friends! She has to go monthly for allergy shots and has never shied away from going in, licking everyone's faces, and jumping up on the table for her treatment. In addition to the culture of the practice, the veterinarians and technician are experts in clinical judgment. We've had more than a few issues over her lifespan so far (6 years) and they have worked with us through each one, ensuring she received the best care possible. What we love most about Otterkill and its staff is that they love and treat our dog as though she is their own. I never have to worry about leaving her there for treatment or observation. I know she will be loved, cared for, and treated with the best care. We are so grateful we found our Otter family and that Sadie gets such great treatment!”
