I am completely disgusted by the fact you are trying to solicit a sale from my mother after my father's passing. I strongly recommend that you partner with funeral homes instead of sending generic letters to widows to solicit sales. I will be sure to share with all those I know how you proceeded to think the appropriate way to conduct business was to send a letter reminding my mother of her horrible grief of losing her life partner and soul mate of half her life just to try and make a sale

I find it incredibly DISTASTEFUL that you try to solicit new business from someone newly widowed, who never asked for your services in the first place. It is quite despicable and you should save your fake and insincere condolences for your actual customers. I would never do business with a company of scavengers who comb the obits looking to drum up some business.
