This company lured me into their doors with the classic bait and switch technique. Just wanted a simple eye exam and to replace my glasses after I stepped on them and ruined them. I called around to see which doctor accepted the insurance that I have. These folks at Dr. Wangs office said SURE! we accept that- come on over. BEFORE the eye exam an assistant saw that I clearly needed glasses from all the tape and wire that I had holding these completely visibly scratched lenses in place and said so in a joke( that was fine- no worries there)She immediately; before any work was performed, went into the SAME spin that I received over the phone-"no problem"-something... read full review
