I've used Brightside twice for home inspections in Syracuse. Both times I've been extremely happy with the service provided. We did home inspection plus radon each time. Scott was able to quickly schedule and complete the inspections. He is detail oriented and spends extra time giving a verbal summary and answering my (many) questions. The written document is in a useful format with links to a variety of other tools to help you understand what needs to be fixed and who to contact. We will certainly use Brightside again!
Scott was amazing. So detailed and also practical about what was highest priority. He took a lot of time to take me through the inspection and what he found. Extremely happy with the service and experience.
I couldn't agree more with all of these other reviewers...Scott is the guy you want. Very knowledgeable, professional and down to earth and his reports are detailed and easy to understand.
