To be honest I didn’t really trust all the good reviews (I’m jaded by working as a construction project manager for several years) But these guys really did a fantastic job. I had a pretty complex install with a ducted minisplit under a bed loft with the outdoor unit on a hill. They really knocked it out of the park. It took a little longer than planned but that was fine because they stopped when they realized they didn’t have a very unique ducting transition needed to make a clean install.
