My Nail Technician rents space at this Salon. I would follow my Nail Technician anywhere! While Ms. Yvonne is quite hospitable, the ambience could certainly be made more welcoming IF the Air Conditioning were turned on in this very warm & humid weather. I think it is extremely important to treat your employees with the utmost respect. It is their clientele paying YOUR Bills. A happy Client is a RETURNING CLIENT! A contented employee becomes a KEY EMPLOYEE affording you FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE.
