She’s very attentive and always asks your preference—whether you want your braids tight or loose, big or small—so you get exactly what you’re looking for. I personally like my braids tight, and she delivered without making them uncomfortable or overly painful.
I also loved that she was willing to add accessories to my braids at no extra charge, which was a nice touch. She pays attention to detail, trims any extra frizz, and even asks if you want the ends burned for a cleaner finish.
