Jeff is easy to talk to and someone who genuinely cares about his customers. He came to unclog a pipe that was creating backup in multiple parts of the house. He went above and beyond by identifying and fixing related issues, including replacing leaking parts under the sink as well giving advice on future prevention. He was thoughtful and thorough, clearly explaining what he was doing with each decision made and making sure everything was fully resolved with follow up check ins. I messaged Jeff after a newly installed pot filler installed by my contractor during my kitchen renovation leaked and I had a good amount of water that accumulated in my basement. He came that evening to look at it for me and told me a lot of the plumbing done in the reno was not to code. He provided an estimate and scope of the work that needed to be done to bring it to code.
