“i live in catskill and usually stick to getting my nails done around here but lately i just feel disappointed with their lack of care and my nails chipping too quickly and always so swamped. idk i just wanted to see what else was out there. i remember going to this nail salon french connection back in the day and it was sooooo lovely on the inside. so i tried it today again. so great from beginning to end i met cindy who is the owner or runs the business and she also said her
mother
worked there. u can tell Cindy is wonderful with people. her customers all know and love her and she reminded me a little of myself. working in customer service u either care or u don’t and she does. bc u can tell she gets nervous yet doesn’t rush to finish u up, when people are waiting. she tried so hard to make sure her employees were on task and she greeted everyone made sure they were at ease. the vibes were high. everyone happy and chatty. the opposite of what catskill salons are like. she has young people working for her and i hope they realize how lucky they are to have her as a rolemodel. a kind and fierce business owner. i left feeling like i was catered to and she didn’t rush me to pick a color in fact she brought out more color books to make sure i got exactly what shade i wanted. what a great afternoon. thank u cindy and french connection. thank u so much and i will be back.“
