Had them fabricate a new fireplace grate after having the original manufactures grate melt. The new grate is made of superior iron/steel and looks like it will last significantly longer the OEM part.

SPIE LLC sent us two unbelievably professional and personable security guards perfect for our event this past weekend. The guards blended in nicely with the guests making them feel comfortable and not under surveillance the entire night. They showed up with ample time to tour the property and got right to work. We will certainly be working with them for future events!
Darrin and his team tested soil for 9 lots I have in Elka Park to see if they could support septic. And that went well. I do appreciate how Darrin makes himself available to talk and answer any questions. His knowledge and his rapport with town officials and people from different departments will prove useful to get things done correctly and as quick as possible. I will use Kaaterskill moving forward with my project. Likely ordering some surveys and a couple other items. Would recommend!

Went to Albany home show and spoke to the person at the booth. I think it was the owner. I am really bad remembering names. Forgive me. He gave me a ballpark without looking at the project just see if this was worth it. We set up a time a month later and he came over to inspect the firplace, chimney and the structure and scope of the project. We set up a time to install a propane insert into a Victorian home that had to fit perfect. We used a Valor.
Bottom line.
Quote was a little cheaper than the ballpark at the show. Communication was perfect. You would never know itwas not part of the original house. It's scary how good it came out. Had one cool nite to use this week and then back in the 70's.
