“I bring my winter coat here yearly for cleaning. I also brought a shirt I dropped some sauce on this time. They always do a great job on my winter coat (Kenneth Cole black coat, unsure what it's called but more of a formal heavy coat) and they got the stain right out of my shirt. I also forgot about my coat/shirt for a few months until I was cleaning and looking for it. They weren't mad or anything and still had them like 3/4 months later. Very happy with these people. I'm sure everyone has a bad experience here and there. From what others have said I guess just check your clothes are all there, but I've never had that issue.“
“This Laundromat has a good amount of machines and dryers. All are in working condition and very clean. They provide drop off services. The largest washer is 50lbsThe worker was wiping machines and sweeping floor. There is restroom nice and clean. They also have a section with books you can take and leave.“
“A hidden gem in downtown Schenectady. I have used five star cleaners on various occasions. They have assisted me with everything from dry cleaning suits to getting mud stains out of comforters from my dogs. They have quick turn around times and are very affordable. I highly recommend checking them out if you ever need anything dry cleaned. They also do a great job with wedding dresses and preservation.“

“I brought in a bridesmaids dress that was ordered online. Needed to be hemmed quite a bit, multi layer fabric. Also needed the bust let out 2 inches to zip around the middle. And asked for a hook be added above the zipper. Worth every penny. The dress I got back was perfect for me. 2 week wait. Would absolutely go back.Service: Alterations“
