“I was in town for a wedding, and due to poor planning on my part, I needed some alterations to be done on the shirt I was to wear the very next day. I called a couple other tailors who said it couldn’t be done, but when I called Cosimo’s, Kim told me to come to her store so she could have a look. I showed up less than an hour before the store closed and Kim still said she could have it done by 3pm the next day. She charged a very modest price considering my request, and my shirt fit perfectly after her alterations.
