“Our new favorite place to relax and recover. Do yourself a favor and book with ion life. The owner clearly puts every ounce of her creativity, mindfulness and love into the property. She even left fresh baked bread, butter, name, orange juice and other things in the fridge and freezer. We will be back.”
“Libby is a very gifted massage therapist and reiki practitioner. She has created a very welcoming, safe space for her clients. My sister and I were in Watkins Glen for a girls weekend and I found Body Sacred and signed us up for the Body/Mind/Spirit offering. The massage portion was wonderful!!! Libby’s touch and technique had me very relaxed. I think I dozed off at one point. As a reiki practitioner she is very thoughtful and intuitive and she took the time to explain the process to my sister who was a first-timer. We both had different experiences but came away with exactly what we need. I wish I lived closer. I would definitely be one of Libby’s “regulars”.”
