your customer service would do well to remember that the people contacting you have lost someone dear to them. having an attitude with them and not even listening to what they have to say is terrible. may you never have to deal with rude people taking calls where YOUR loved ones are laid to rest.

the landscapers are heartless, decorations destroyed! left my daughters grave in tears several times to see flowers, handmade items her 5 yr old made massacred. worst mistake we made laying our daughter to rest here one year ago.
