West End has been great to work with. There are so many choices to make in a complete kitchen renovation and West End made the whole process painless. They pay attention to the details and the end result more than exceeded our expectations.

We just finished (Aug 2023) a whole home renovation (~4500 sqft, 4 beds, 5 baths) with West End that lasted over 18 months. I can't imagine what it would have been like to do this size of a project without them. It was a relief to have a team of people who obsessed over all the details so I did not have to. They ordered everything (cabinets, lighting, flooring, doors, countertops, drapes, upholstery, rugs, wallpaper, linens, art, decor), answered all the questions during construction and even did post-construction staging ensuring all the furniture, custom pieces, upholstery and decor were exactly where they should be.
