I appreciate the variety of styles at both locations. However, I’m puzzled by the need for an appointment to enter the city store. It seems like you can’t just browse, ask questions, or even get your glasses refitted (which were purchased at VisualEyes). The store is usually empty, and there are two employees. If an appointment is required to enter the store, why bother having store hours?

Allison and her team are masters of their craft and know the inventory inside and out. Always a great experience there and I’m constantly complemented on the glasses we picked out. Because it’s appointment based, you never have to wait and they work with you 1 on 1 the whole time. They offer fantastic customer service after your purchase as well. I will probably never get glasses anywhere else

Awesome spot with a great selection of frames at different price points. Allison was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and really helped in explaining all my options. Highly recommend!
