Good luck reaching some on the phone for an AUTHORIZATION NUMBER for your upcoming Low Dose CT Scan. Called 5 days ago for an authorization number, was told they would call back with that information, No Call Back. On 2/04/2025 Called at 4:00pm got the answering service. Tried again the next morning on 2/05/2025 at 8:15am and still got the answering service. Its apparent the office does not care about patients. Web Site states 8am to 5pm. Needs to be changed to WHEN EVER!!!! The doctors are GREAT, never had any trouble with any of the medical staff.....

It really take a lot for me to write a negative review… I had an appointment on 11/08 at 8:30 am with Dr. Boepple. I was not taken back until around 8:50-9am I did not leave the office until 11am. I was referred by my primary after suffering from a severe cough (that I was told was allergic asthma) for over a month. After a breathing test, a brief review of my medical history, and review of an X-ray from the week prior I was told “this is not asthma,” But rather a worsening of my current allergies… disheartening, but understandable. I was then written two orders: 1 for allergy testing, all of which are things that I am confirmed to be allergic to and discussed...read full review

Their office hours are never what they say they are and they turn their phones off for lunch and never turn them back on and Millard Fillmore hospital can verify this. Switch providers only saw them once and it was to get set up with a CPAP machine and if there's no one to answer the phones during business hours and you refuse to turn them back on after your lunch that is ridiculous and it's was a few times. Very unprofessional
