We recently had a birthday party here for my daughter and everything was fabulous! The associates were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. All we had to do was show up and they did the rest! I highly recommend if you are looking for a unique idea for an upcoming birthday.
I was at the Ulta in the Consumer Square Plaza on Niagara Falls Blvd., (Amherst) Thursday night, April 16. It was busy just after dinner time, and I was really confused on what I wanted to buy with my $75 gift card. I was advised by Vanessa. After hearing her work with another customer, I asked for her assistance. She was very detail oriented and had extensive product knowledge and brand ideas to show me.

The staff here is just so amazing and this worker Amy is so amazing! It felt like she actually cared to help me with my skincare! Super nice and didn’t feel pressured to buy super expensive stuff!
