Worst temporary agency I have ever dealt with. So completely unprofessional, I don't know if it's common practice for their employees to not be helping to keep you employed, But working with them I was under the impression that they would find you a job and help you keep said job. That however does not seem to be the case as I recently worked with them took a position. Then after I was working there for about 2 weeks they kept asking about how it was going. So I told them I was a little nervous because people kept quitting all around me. Also the boss told me I can switch my hours at my interview after I was trained, which ended up not being true, however I was sticking with it and enjoying the job, but the girl at selective staffing chose to go back to my employer and relay everything that I had said to her. Which then caused them to let me go, so don't waste your time using them if you would like to find a job that is lasting. Definitely don't deal with Bethany, run the other way. I turned down 2 other positions for this one.
I applied for one of their listings and Kaci was very helpful and engaging. She set me up with 4 interviews, all of which were great companies. I chose which company I wanted after all interviews were completed and I now have a new career!!! Thank you guys so much for taking all the hassle out of searching for a new career path! I would highly recommend this agency to any employer looking for quality candidates and anyone who is searching for a new career.
