Tony at Scruggs on Main in Amherst saved a customer when their wipers stopped working during a torrential downpour. He stood in the pouring rain and did everything he could to figure out what was wrong on a new car, getting Rainex for the windshield and filling up the reservoir. They are very thorough in explaining the work to be done and what was done. They are very reasonably priced, and the labor was a fraction of what the dealership will cost. A customer got a call as soon as they checked it in, found the problem, and emailed what was needed to be addressed. The proposed bill was easy to navigate to figure what to address. They called to let them know when the car was ready, and it was over easy and quickly finished.
