Tony at Scruggs on Main in Amherst saved me when my wipers stopped working during a torrential downpour ! For some reason my wipers froze and I couldn't see a thing after leaving the vet next door. I pulled across the lot and asked if they could help. He stood in the pouring rain and did everything he could to figure out what was wrong on my new car. He got me Rainex for the windshield after he loosened them up enough to finally get them working, to make sure I could still see while taking the car in for a warranty repair. And filled up my reservoir as well. Absolutely excellent customer service that's so hard to find anywhere anymore. I will definitely take my car the them for everything it needs and truly recommend them.
