GO Car Wash provides a convenient and affordable car washing experience. The quick service, lack of long lines, and free vacuums make it a practical choice for keeping your vehicle clean, especially an older car. The monthly subscription option is competitively priced compared to major competitors. Although the number of locations is limited, the strategic placement ensures accessibility for many customers. The car wash generally does a great job at getting the cars clean, but there have been some instances where the cleaning could have been more thorough. The staff is dedicated to providing good customer service and addressing any issues that arise.
Go Car wash does a great job at getting the car clean but nit a very good job at assisting the customers to get a monthly membership. It took around 15 minutes for me to get a membership done because the attendent kept going into the wrong cue and couldnt figure it out. I finalky figured it out and was able to complete the process on my own. He offered me a deal of 13.99 a month for 3 months butnwhen he couldnt figure it out he tried talking me into forfiting the deal and just signing up for the full monthly amount.
Went to this car wash today, normally go on Sheridan Dr. when my car was done there was soap still on the car and windows didn’t seem the water was working at the end. Won’t go there again! So I’d like to say I got a call from here already I believe his name was Nate, he explained that there a computer issue when I went thru and is offering me a an upgraded car wash then what I paid for. This is good customer service when they want to make it right, Thank you!
My family and I all bought 3-month subscriptions here for our vehicles. Great car wash for an old car you just want to keep clean for the winter (I have it for a 2005 Honda Civic). However, wouldn't recommend taking your brand-new car through here. NO AUTOMATIC CAR WASH IS GOING TO BE PERFECT, THEY"RE THERE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. If you want a perfect car wash, wash it yourselves people. That being said, there's never a line and if there is, it goes by quickly. My car is always clean afterwards, and the free vacuums are always a nice touch. DELTA IS WORSE.
