I definitely recommend Roto-rooter. Thanks to Bob, Matt, Corey, and Dave our problems were solved. I feel that they went above and beyond and were very professional. First day Matt and Dave came out due to our sewer being backed up, toilet over flowing which we had no use of. They came out right away and spent a few hours working on the issues involved. The second time, Bob came out, can’t say thank you enough. He called Matt to assist who had knowledge from the first time and ran the camera’s trying to locate the problem. Corey was also sent to assess any damage and clean up for an insurance claim. Due to contamination there is a clean up team being sent out right away. Someone living in the house hold who is elderly and on oxygen was taken into consideration. The area will be properly closed off while floors, walls, anything that needs to be replaced or cleaned up will be taken care of. Thanks again to all of you and a job well done.
