I was refinancing my house with another company which had me waiting for more than 6 months. I called Queen City funding and In about 30 days I had a closing date, the were very professional and made the process very easy. Besides that they got me a lower rate than the other company was offering me. They did a great job! Highly recommend!
Sam from Queen City Funding was great throughout the entire process. I'm the first to admit that I am not the easiest customer to deal with on major purchases (been burned before when not asking the right questions). He not only went out of his way to get me the best loan option he could, but went way above and beyond with answering questions, and I had a lot. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the rest of the company, which is why only 4 stars, and I do not feel this is the place to air those specific details. Sam alone deserves more than just the maximum 5 stars.
You can't find better service. Chris is definitely at the top of his industry.
